  1. Our brain needs sleep. During this time important body functions and brain activity takes place. It can be harmful to sleep little. It influences a person’s appearance, health, mood and you are not able to work in a proper way. In case people don’t sleep enough, they may find it difficult to cope with a task or get along with other people. When people don’t get enough sleep, they are more likely to get ill or to have an accident.
  2. It’s widely known that accessories are an essential part of our outfit. They are as important as our shoes or trousers. That's why we should remember about proportion when we choose which necklace to wear or what clutch to use. Any detail plays a special role in our outfit. It’s necessary to remember that material, size and shape of accessories should match the clothes we are going to wear.
  3. Most people believe that the secret of a perfect family is love and understanding. If you have a close-knit family, there’s always somebody who will come to you if you need a shoulder to cry on or to share your secrets. Without any doubts people who have a strong family behind them feel more confident and secure and can deal with life better. It’s nice to have people you can rely on and spend a lot of time together. Without a family you have nothing.
  4. Teenagers always take up a lot of different activities. Buy it’s difficult for them to choose the best club. They have a wide variety of them, for instance, Craft Club, Garden Club, Game Club, Tourist Club and many others. The choice depends on the tastes and the style of life a teenager follows. Active. and energetic young people should pay attention to some sports clubs or tourist clubs. More patient and calmer teenagers would suit a book or a craft club to express themselves.
  5. Why do so many people of different ages go in for extreme sports? There are different reasons. Some people consciously endanger their lives; others want to overcome their fears from childhood. Today there is a great number of extreme sports. For instance, they are mountaineering, surfing, snowboarding, skydiving, rafting and many others. People constantly look for new emotions and feelings, they always ready for new experiences.

But it’s obvious that when we are with our friends, we can share our happiness or sadness, our experiences or problems. Spending time with friends is both amazing and useful. We can help each other to progress in life and to relax. It’s easier to. Learn good things from friends. They are always there to encourage us and help to overcome all the difficulties.

We all want to avoid diseases and to make the quality of our life much better.First of all, it’s necessary to get healthy nutrition. We should sort out what we eat carefully and choose a well-balanced diet. Fitness exercises help to have a fitter and healthier life. Both simplethings — eating properly and exercising regularly make our life far more happily.
